Our office in Houston, Texas is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager. The Commercial Manager formulates the commercial strategy for the residential segment, focusing on diversifying company revenue in a profitable manner while implementing a development plan for existing clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess current marketing strategies, monitor market trends, and recommend improvements for marketing campaigns.
  • Identify, develop, and propose strategies to increase new customer acquisition, including social media initiatives.
  • Implement sales support systems for the residential segment.
  • Hunter: Develop channels to attract new customers.
  • Farming: Expand and grow the current client portfolio.
  • Develop diverse sales and marketing channels.
  • Create and execute strategies to meet the company's revenue and profitability targets for this segment.
  • Apply project management methodology to ensure activity control and achievement of area goals.
  • Interpret technical specifications and read plans for HVAC systems.
  • Generate and manage quotes, expenses, and budgets.
  • Analyze contracts and legal agreements with clients.
  • Develop billing and collection processes for the commercial area and monitor the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with finance, planning, and operations teams to build a pricing model for the commercial area.
  • Develop an after-sales strategy for the commercial area.

Requirements:

  • Spanish required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
  • Two years of experience in the job offered or business development in Spanish speaking markets

  • Estimates and quotation of projects
  • Contract administration
  • Project management
  • Budgets and expense control
  • Client management and relationship building
